About VAStudio
VAStudio is a private, offline-first desktop workspace built for the way Virtual Assistants and Executive Assistants actually work — calm, local and completely yours.
Our story
VAStudio was born from watching Virtual Assistants drown in subscriptions, scattered browser tabs and cloud tools that each held a different piece of the puzzle. Clients lived in one app, tasks in another, notes somewhere else — and every one of them wanted a monthly fee and a slice of your data.
We believed there was a better way. Your client data belongs on your own machine, not on someone else's server. So we built VAStudio offline-first and private by default: every record is stored locally, encrypted at rest, and never uploaded anywhere unless you explicitly choose to connect a service.
No lock-in, no forced cloud, no subscription trap. VAStudio is one owned desktop app that replaces a whole stack of rented tools. Pro is fully unlocked and free while VAStudio is in development — so you can build your workflow without paying a cent.
What we believe
Three principles shape every decision we make about VAStudio.
Privacy is not a feature
Your clients, tasks and notes live in a local database encrypted at rest. Privacy is the default, not an upgrade you have to unlock.
Tools should work offline
No login, no account and no internet needed for core use. VAStudio opens instantly and keeps working wherever you are.
Software should be owned, not rented
No subscriptions, no per-seat pricing and no lock-in. One app you own replaces the stack of tools you were renting.
